Marina’s passion working with health, mindset through the heart and soul started at the age of eleven years old when I witnessed my entrepreneurial father nearly die. There was unprocessed trauma and burnout that resulted in a pituitary glad tumour. Her dad has been one of my biggest spiritual teachers.
She went on to study psychology, philosophy, coaching, mindset, hypnosis, acting, NLP, neuroscience, the emotional body and more to cultivated her own unique method.
Marina’s method is to cultivate alignment, aliveness and peace through integrating values, beliefs and programming in a light fun and entertaining way.
