Kevin O’Neill is the founder of Breatheolution. He helps people across the country through breath work, cold exposure therapy and self discovery. He struggled for so long with alcohol and other substance abuse that one day he decided that something had to give. He lost his sister Yvonne in 2019 and that was enough trauma to make him think a lot more about his own life.
